At AL ARAB PERFUMES, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of attar and fragrance products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or tested products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened attar bottles
  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items that are damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrectly delivered.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect product.
